1. Purpose
We, from Perface Academy Curso Ltda., value you and your given people and more than that, we recognize the importance of your privacy. In this sense, we take some of them following the Lei Geral de Proteção de Data Pessoais (LGPD) and, in this document, we demonstrate how we treat and protect your data.
That you understand the way we collect, use and share your personal data, we respect your privacy and we want you to be calm while you use our services.
We know that you are trusting us with your information and it is a great responsibility. We work hard to protect them and keep you out of control!
2. Who are we?
We are established at SBIS QI 11 Bloco G Loja 7, Brasilia, DF, CEP 71.625-560., and we are a company registered under CNPJ number 40.112.867/0001-53, acting as controller to or treat your personal data.
Our Data Manager (DPO) is responsible for receiving the requests of data holders (voice), providing clarifications and adopting provisions in relation to data protection and can be contacted at contactus@perfaceacademy.com
3. Which dice do we collect and for what?
We treat your personal data in accordance with the legal bases provided in the LGPD and we keep your data for the necessary period so that we can achieve the purpose(s) specified in this Notice.
Next, the personal data, the purposes and the legal bases:
Personal data
Name, telephone number with WhatsApp and e-mail.
Purpose
Inform about products and services of the company; Advertise events and carry out marketing actions, such as helping to finalize your purchase.
Legal base
Execution of the contract or preliminary procedures related to the contract, at the request of the owner or legitimate interest, depending on the case.
We emphasize that if you consent to receive our marketing communications, you may revoke this consent at any time.
4. How do we collect your personal data?
Your given people are informed directly by voice or indirectly through the use of the system, platform or application of partners.
5. For how long will your personal data be stored?
Your given persons will only be kept as long as we have a valid legal basis that justifies their storage. The data used for marketing will be kept until you request us (“disclosure”) so as not to receive more information about our courses.
6. What are your rights and how can they be exercised?
You have the right to obtain, in relation to the data that we treat ourselves with respect, at any time and upon request: Confirmation of the existence of treatment;
Data access;
Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
Anonymization, blocking or elimination of unnecessary, excessive data or data treated in non-conformity as provided in Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD);
Portability of two data to another supplier of service or product, by express request, in accordance with the regulations of the national authority, observing commercial and industrial secrets;
Elimination of personal data treated with the consent of the owner, except in the hypotheses provided for in art. 16th LGPD;
Information from public and private entities with which the controller made shared use of data;
Information about the possibility of not providing consent and about the consequences of refusal;
Withdrawal of consent, in terms of § 5 of art. 8th LGPD;
Right to petition in relation to the data given against the controller before the national authority.
To exercise your rights, you must send an e-mail to the following e-mail address of our data manager (DPO) indicated in item 2 of this notice, containing the following information: Full name;
CPF number;

We always strive to answer it as quickly as possible. In the meantime, your request will not always be able to be attended to, as it is not applicable in accordance with legal provisions. If so, it will be duly justified, based on legislation.
7. How do we share your personal data?
We only share your personal data for the purposes specified in this Notice or when there is a legal requirement. Your data will be shared with systems, platforms and/or applications necessary for the execution of our activities and in accordance with the purpose provided for each treatment of personal data. In case of authorization for the inclusion of your telephone number in the group in the WhatsApp application, it is expressly stated and clarified that the aforementioned application (“WhatsApp”) is controlled by Facebook Serviços Online do Brasil LTDA., and is an intrinsic characteristic of the aforementioned application that, from the inclusion of a telephone number in the message group, or telephone number and personal identification (name and photograph) used by the user in the same application, they become accessible to other users who are also members of the same group, community or similar. This notice may be revoked at any time by means of the contact available in this notice, it being certain that the revocation will lead to the exclusion of the holder of said application group.
8. International transfers
We use some products or services (or parts of them) that are hosted outside of Brazil, which means that we can transfer any information that is sent to us by voice abroad. This happens due to the need for personal data storage in the clouds, in which the servers may be in other countries.
9. What are the consequences of not providing your dice?
You are not obligated to provide your personal data to us. However, as these data are necessary for the contract that you have known to be executed, for our communication or for any other specific purpose informed, we will not be able to perform these operations without your data. In the same sense in relation to the exercise of two rights provided for in the LGPD. Please note, if we do not provide the data necessary for the confirmation of your identity, we will not be able to respond to your request.
10. Right to make a claim to the National Authority
We will only treat your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Notice and in accordance with the LGPD. If, however, you wish to make a claim about our treatment activities in relation to your data, you have the right of request (see section Quais são sus rightes?) before the National Authority.
11. Alterations in this Privacy Notice
This Notice may be revised at any time, in order to keep it current in relation to applicable legislation and the company's own organization. Therefore, we recommend that you consult this document periodically and verify the date of the last update.
